Terms Of Service

1. AGREEMENT OVERVIEW

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Customer”) and Ramona Express Car Wash (“Ramona Express,” “we,” or “us”). By using our services, accessing our website (ramonaexpresscarwash.com), or purchasing any membership, you accept these terms in full.

2. SERVICES

Ramona Express provides car wash services at our location (10805 Ramona Avenue, Montclair, CA 91763), which may include:

  • Single wash purchases
  • Monthly membership plans
  • Access to vacuum stations
  • Additional services (air fresheners, etc.) which may vary by location

Each membership applies to a specific vehicle identified by license plate, and we offer multi-vehicle discounts for up to five vehicles per household.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Will provide accurate account and payment information
  • Will not transfer memberships between vehicles
  • Will only use services for personal, non-commercial vehicles
  • Will not use our services for purposes that violate laws or regulations
  • Will protect your account credentials

Our services may not be compatible with certain vehicles due to size, modifications, or accessories. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle we determine to be incompatible with our equipment.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Billing

Monthly memberships automatically renew each month on your billing date. We accept credit/debit cards and cash for single washes. You authorize us to store your payment information and charge the applicable fees.

4.2 Price Changes

We may modify our prices with notice posted on our website. Continued use of services after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

4.3 No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless Ramona Express, at its sole discretion, determines exceptional circumstances warrant a refund.

5. MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

5.1 Changing or Cancelling Membership

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership by contacting us at least 10 days before your renewal date. Cancellations within 45 days of initial purchase may incur a $5.00 fee.

5.2 Account Deactivation

Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated, and you’re responsible for preserving any information before cancellation.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES OR TERMS

We may modify this Agreement or our services at any time. We will post notices of material changes on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

7.1 No Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee services will be available at all times.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to three times your most recent payment or $100, whichever is greater.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association, except for small claims matters. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to us within 30 days of your first use of our services. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by California law.

9.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

9.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ramona Express regarding our services.
